Almond Mocha Instant Icecream

Who else is nuts for NUT milk? Then you are going to go NUTS for this “Almond Mocha Instant Icecream!” No ice cream maker needed!

I am SO excited to share with you, your NEW summer go-to desserts, and the best part is that you can make it in less than 10min!!!

Natura sponsored this lovely summer recipe by making the bulk of this ice cream with their delicious, dairy-free chocolate almond beverage… OH, and there is only 2g of net carbs per serving!

1 cup @Natur.a Chocolate Almond Beverage
150g (1 large) avocado
1 cup almond butter
3tbsp cocoa powder
1 shot espresso (or 1/2 tsp espresso powder)
1/4 kosher salt
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
½ cup powdered sweetener (preferably xylitol)
1/2 cup crushed ice, as needed

1 tbsp toasted almond slices
1 tbsp chocolate drizzle


  1.  Add @Natur.a Chocolate Almond Beverage, avocado, almond butter, cocoa, coffee,  salt, xanthan gum, and sweetener to a blender and blend until creamy smooth.
  2. Add in crushed ice and blend until just creamy. NOTE: make sure to not over blend or ice cream may lose thickness!
  3. Serve right away for a more soft serve ice cream, or if you would like your ice cream thicker, place in a container with a lid and freeze for about 1 hour.
  4. Freezing overnight, leave out at room temp for 10-20 mins before serving.
