It's time to show some LOVEN from your OVEN, the season for all those pretty pink sweets for your sweet-heart is just around the corner ;). To truly love those with a sweet tooth, you must give them something that does not only satisfy your beloveds sugar cravings!
Yes, all those beautiful swirled pink cupcakes, frosted cakes, glazes doughnuts & those iced pink, super sweet sugar cookies do bless your taste buds, yet they defiantly DO NOT bless your insides.
As you think you're treating yourself while enjoying these pretty pink treats, do you ever think how these colors came to be? Sadly if we are unaware, or just uneducated like most of us.
Petroleum, also known as, synthetic food dye, artificial food coloring-dye, and artificial flavoring. Petroleum is what they use for coloring many un-natural COLOURED foods/desserts. These food dyes are a very toxic chemical. Petroleum is the same chemical we use on a daily bases to gas-up are cars!!!

"May FOOD be they MEDICINE, and MEDICINE is they FOOD" This is how God designed it, we must EAT what He has given us, so that we may thrive, NOT just survive. My goal is to make you all aware of the beautiful gift that God has given us under our very feet, colorful fruits & vegetables. And you probably know me by now, I always try to re-create the un-readable and unhealthy ingredients into wholesome, natural ingredients that come from God's vegetation to bless, heal, and nourish our bodies.
Okay, let's play and make plenty of pretty PINK icings, frostings, and glazes for your beloved! It is quite simple, actually very simple ;). First things first, grab some organic raspberries, most likely frozen since they are not in season. Next, you will need a small saucepan or pot, a fork, and lastly a strainer.
makes 3-4 Table Spoons of pink raspberry dye
