How does my Bakerlita Beauty-Baking Mix work?

Basically, you can use this one Bakerlita Beauty-Baking Mix to innovate 100's, of beautifying & fat burning  BAKED GOODS. Don't worry, I will be doing the innovating for you, all you need to do its bake it... And trust me, I will promise to make it nice and easy!

How to make these Pumpkin Pecan Beauty Brownies?

Let's dive into the chocolaty goods! First things first, start by pouring the entire Bakerlita Beauty-Browniein into a medium bowl.

Next, you will find a CHOCOLATE SURPRISE! Yes, there is a cute little kraft bag of Lakanto's new Keto-Chocolate Chips inside each Beauty-Baking Mix.

When baking, it is always best to use room temperature ingredients. Get all the ingredients ready on your countertop because this recipe moved quickly.

Typically, if you want to make my standard Bakerlita Beauty-Brownies all ou would need is 3 extra ingredients, however, it's fall, so we are making these a festive fall flavor.

All you need for this recipe is grass-fed butter (note: if you don't eat dairy, pecan butter, or any nut butter works beautifully), eggs, pumpkin pureé, cocoa powder, pecan, and you may add the extra hint of pumpkin spice if you're in the festive spirit... and I think that's it, wow, that is all you need!! See, it is that easy ;)

Position a rack in the lower third of your oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C). Line with parchment paper the bottom and sides of an 8x8-inch baking pan. I actually used my Bakerlita Loaf pan (coming out 2020), that's why my brownies are nice and thick ;)

Add grass-fed butter, chocolate chips from inside the beauty-baking mix to a medium heatproof bowl. Melt over a water bath whisking constantly (or use a microwave, in 10sec increments for 30-40sec & stir in increments).

Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Add pumpkin pureé, whisk together, and then one egg at a time, whisking well after each egg until completely incorporated.

Be sure not to over-whisk, or your brownies could end up cakier rather than fudgy.

Add the full pack of Bakerlita Beauty-Baking Mix, chopped pecan, and pumpkin spice into the chocolate sauce; Mix until well incorporated.

Bake for 19-23 minutes, it’s better to underbake than over back. This varies from pan size. Since I used my Bakerlita Loaf pan I added 3 extra minutes because it is smaller than a regular 8x8 inch baking pan which makes the cooking time longer because they will be thicker ;)

Let the brownies cool for about 30min in the fridge. Once brownies are completely cooked; Lift brownies using the edges of the parchment paper and cut into the desired size & enjoy Breaking Beauty-Brownies.

But there is one last thing that TOP's these brownies off with a BEAUTIFUL-BANG!

Pecan Pumpkin Spiced Keto-Kreamer Glaze?

This is a surprise, but I am bad at holding them in, so here it is... You have probably noticed I LOVE to dress things up a little and make them look extra pretty, but also make things have EXTRA beauty benefits.

I am in the making of creating an extremely creamy, beautiful blend of 3 of my favorite ingredients. My Beautify Sweet-Creamer is made up of Organika MCT powder, Collagen, and Lakanto powdered sweetener.

My Bakerlita Beautify Keto-Creamer will work wonders for glazes, icings, frostings, bulletproofs, teas, and much more ;) This will surely BUMP up some sweet BEAUTY BENEFITS in your daily routine!

How to use Keto-Kreamer to make the glaze?

  • 2tbsp Bakerlita's Beautify Keto Cream
  • 2tbsp Pecan Butter
  • 1tbsp Almond milk
  • 1/8tsp Pumpkin Spice

Drizzle on the top and you have some extremely Beautiful and also beautifying brownies that will surely BLESS you from the inside out!

Blessings,

Andrea Witthoeft | Bakerlita.
