This one Christmas cookie dough makes cutout linzer sugar cookies with an orange zest surprise, stuffed with cranberry jelly & chocolate ganache. Next, adorably dusty almond Russian tea cakes, and last but not least, toasted pecan crescent shortbead dunked in chocolate ganache.
Divide the dough into 3 even portions to create your three cookies. You may freeze extra cookie dough in ziplock freezer bags. You will need take the dough out from the freezer 45 minutes prior to prepping your next batch of cookies.
