Keto Baked Pizza Pizza!

Pizza is just one of those undeniable delicious, yet deadly "cheat foods" that seems to be ever so missed when trying to eat clean. 

Bakerlita's Bakery made it POSSIBLE that you don't have to feel guilty eating pizza, but you will feel GREAT and your GUT will be just as happy too because you will find NO gluten, grains, sugar or dairy in this pizza!  

I have gotten many many requests on how to make my pizza crust using my Bakerlita Bread Mix... So here it is, and I wanted to give you a visual treat by creating a step-by-step video for you to see how easy you and your family can whip up a Friday night pizza together from the comforts of your own home! 


The crust has a nice crisp outer texture, plus a doughy delight as well. However, it does not stop there; I wanted to go the extra mile and make this pizza 100% dairy-free (since it's usually the dairy also that makes the GUTS good crazy) too.

Follow the recipe below to make your own homemade cashew cheese, it is extremely simple, I promise. 

Lastly, I kept my pizza a little plain, but get creative and LOAD it up with veggies, the more the merrier ;) ENJOY!

1 Package Bakerlita Bread Beauty Mix
4 whole free-run eggs
1 tbsp honey (activate the yeast)
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil (extra virgin)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup of warm water

2 cups raw cashews
2 cups warm water
½ cup lemon juice
½ nutritional yeast
2 tsp sea salt


NOTE: Video is using a stand mixer to mixer dough, you may also mix by hand the old fashion way, with a bit of muscle, a bowl, and a rubber spatula, it works just as good! WATCH HERE!

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, with a hook or beater blade attachment, add 4 eggs as the mixer is on low speed.
  2. Next, add 1 tbsp of honey to active the yeast, then add oil of choice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add 1 heaping cup of Bakerlita Bread Beauty Mix, keep the mixer on low speed.
  4. Keep mixing until the dough is well combined into one big lump of dough.
  5. Using 2 medium 12-inch pizza pans, cut out 2 pieces of parchment paper for the bottom of each pizza pans.
  6. Split the dough in half, and place each piece of the dough on the prepared parchment paper on a flat surface. With your hands, slightly press down the dough.
  7. Using a rolling pin and plastic wrap, place plastic wrap over the dough, and start rolling the dough only where the plastic wrap is, and roll to the edges on the cut parchment paper.
  8. Once the dough is completely rolled out, transfer the dough to pizza pans, and poke a few holes in the top of the dough, using a fork, for a more even bake.
  9. Par-bake the pizza crust for 10 min at 375° Fahrenheit.
  10. As the pizza dough is baking you may make your own, homemade cashew cheese as I did in my video to make this pizza 100% dairy-free as well.
