First, adding some healthy grass-fed butter, because everything is better with butter. Sauté the freshly sliced onions in the melted butter along with celery and fresh herbs and spiced. All those amazing spices and herbs needed to be cut with something tart, by adding some cranberries and one tart granny smith apple did the trick perfectly. 

Once the main bulk of the fresh ingredients are added, the next step is to add those fabulous freshly cubed Beauty Bread into the mix… Dumb roll please, lastly adding that BONUS Beauty-Boosting Bone Broth to bring everything together to make this Christmas Keto Stuffing complete!

Note: if you don't have bone broth powder, use an organic free-fun bone broth from your local health food store. (1½ cups broth per recipe) 


1/2 cup Organika Chicken Bone Broth (1½ cups water) 
1 loaf of Bakerlita Beauty Bread
1 granny smith apples (tart)
½ cup Grass-Fed Butter
2 free-run eggs
5 slices of wild boar bacon (optional)
1 cup Fresh Cranberries
1 medium White Onion
4 stalks of Organic Celery
2 tbsp Parsley
½ tbsp Rosemary
2 tbsp Sage, Fresh
1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
1 tbsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper

  1. Turn oven on to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet preheated over medium heat, add the grass-fed butter and allow it to melt, add the onions and celery along with a pinch of salt and sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes or starts to become translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together bread cubes, chopped apples, cranberries, fresh herbs and seasonings (salt & pepper), along with the cooked onions & celery.
  4. In a blender, add ½ cup Organika Chicken Bone Broth, 1 ½ cups of warm water, and one whole egg. Blend on high speed for 5sec.
  5. Next, add half of the chicken broth to your stuffing, mix together until combined.
  6. Pour the stuffing into the Casserole baking dish.
  7. *OPTIONAL* Chop up 6 slices of wild boar bacon & spread chopped bacon all over the top of the stuffing so the fat melts down into the stuffing to create amazing flavor!
  8. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown and the bacon is nice and crispy!
