Last week on INSTAGRAM I asked all of you what you wanted me to create for my next signature Bakerlita Beauty Blessed Bombs. There were lots of chocolate. And chocolate peanut butter, yet there were even more requests for LEMON :) So I will give you lovelies LEMON!

I call these my Lovely Little Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs! Okay, maybe that's a bit too long haha! Let's just say PRETTY PINK LEMONADE BEAUTY BOMBS!

If you LOVE shortbread cookies, you are going to fall in made love with these Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs! These Bakerlita Beauty Bombs are a little bit different then my others because these are 100% NUT-FREE :D Yes, no nut and just as good, maybe even better ;)

I was trying to get creative because I already pre-planned I was going to implement my NEWproducts from Organika that I have been dying to try out... Also, it's pink, and you know how much I love pink... Oh and Chocolate ;) I was secretly praying that chocolate would win, BUT I can be sincere, these Pretty Pink Lemonade Bombs ARE THE BOMB.COM haha...

Here is WHY I was so excited to make PINK EVERYTHANG!

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE PINK

Why you should go PINKwith Organika’sPink Mylk Latté! Made with coconut milk, beetroot, and exotic pink pitaya, Organika’s delicious Pink Mylk Latté packs in a potent dose of antioxidants with a delightful blend of spices, including ashwagandha and cardamom. Enjoy the benefits of this vibrant caffeine-free plant-based latté or make icings, glazed, and frostings PINK with all the beautiful benefits!

WHATS IN THIS PRETTY PINK POWDER?

  1. COCONUT MILK: This plant-based milk is the base for all of our Mylk Lattes. A rich source of lauric acid, coconut milk promotes heart health, helping decrease bad cholesterol levels.
  2. ASHWAGANDHA: An adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat stress and promote relaxation.
  3. CARDAMOM: An aromatic spice with anti-inflammatory properties:
  4. CINNAMON: Fragrant and sweet, it is known for blood sugar control.
  5. BLACK PEPPER: Adding heat and depth to the blend, it also helps soothe digestive issues.
  6. GINGER: Sharp and aromatic, this root soothes gastrointestinal distress.
  7. BEETROOT: Known for its calming properties and its use as a natural colourant, beetroot also contains betalain and nitrates, which give it antioxidant properties to help combat damage caused by stress.
  8. PINK PITAYA: Contains dietary fiber and beneficial plant compounds like betalains and carotenoids. Its red color is an indicator that there is a higher presence of antioxidant compounds compared to white dragon fruit.

Now that you gained all the knowledge of how pretty & powerful this PINK powder is let start talking about the other beauty enhancing products that I absolutely IN LOVE WITH!!!

Organika's Gelatin Protein from grass-fed cows! If you have never tried gelatin, then I would say; "YOU CRAZZZY GIRL!"I have been implementing this glorious grass-fed gelatin into my morning bulletproof's. Gelatin is the KEY ingredient to make my coffee's & lattés WAY creamier! Also, I add this into my baking and of course these little beauts right here;)

Okay, It's time I shut up and let YOU start rollin so PINK Lemonde Beauty Bombs!

Blessings,

Andrea Witthoet | Bakerlita

RECIPE

DRY INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener (monk fruit)
5 tbsp Collagen Protein
1 tbsp Gelatin Protein
Zest of one lemon
2tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Reishi Mushroom  (BALANCE)
1tsp Sea Salt

WET INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Coconut Oil (room temp)
1/2 cup Grass-Fed Butter
1tbsp MCT Oil
½ tsp Vanilla Extract

PINK GLAZE

1/3 cup Coconut Oil (room temp)
2 tbsp MCT Oil
1tbsp Organika Pink Mylk Latté
¼ cup Lakanto Powdered sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a Stand Mixer OR a medium bowl, measure out dry ingredients.
  2. Next, add all the wet ingredients right on top of the dry.
  3. Prepare a small baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  4. Attach your paddle to StandMixer, OR, Using your hands, start mixing until well incorporated, I have done this recipe a few times and I notice that it gets a bit crumbly, adding 1-2 tablespoon of MCT oil usually gets the job done, and adds even more fat-producing ketones!
  5. Using a small cookie dough scoop, scoop out each ball.
  6. Roll in the palm of the hand, a trick to create a perfect ball is to slightly cup your hand.
  7. Place in freezer or fridge to allow them to harden up.
  8. As the Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs are hardening up, it’s a good time to make the PINK glaze.
  9. Add room temp coconut oil, Lakanto powdered sugar, and Pink Mylk Latté, mix until silky smooth
  10. To decorate the beauty bombs, drop the entire bomb into the pink glaze, or drizzle the pink glaze like a zig-zags, or to keep it simple, roll the beauty bomb in coconut flakes.
