You asked for it, & HERE IT IS!!!

Last week on INSTAGRAM I asked all of you what you wanted me to create for my next signature Bakerlita Beauty Blessed Bombs. There were lots of chocolate. And chocolate peanut butter, yet there were even more requests for LEMON :) So I will give you lovelies LEMON!

I call these my Lovely Little Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs! Okay, maybe that's a bit too long haha! Let's just say PRETTY PINK LEMONADE BEAUTY BOMBS!

If you LOVE shortbread cookies, you are going to fall in made love with these Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs! These Bakerlita Beauty Bombs are a little bit different then my others because these are 100% NUT-FREE :D Yes, no nut and just as good, maybe even better ;)

I was trying to get creative because I already pre-planned I was going to implement my NEWproducts from Organika that I have been dying to try out... Also, it's pink, and you know how much I love pink... Oh and Chocolate ;) I was secretly praying that chocolate would win, BUT I can be sincere, these Pretty Pink Lemonade Bombs ARE THE BOMB.COM haha... 

Here is WHY I was so excited to make PINK EVERYTHANG!

3/4 cup Coconut Flour 
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener (monk fruit)
5 tbsp Collagen Protein 
1 tbsp Gelatin Protein 
Zest of one lemon
2tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Reishi Mushroom  (BALANCE)
1tsp Sea Salt


1/4 cup Coconut Oil (room temp)
1/2 cup Grass-Fed Butter
1tbsp MCT Oil
½ tsp Vanilla Extract


1/3 cup Coconut Oil (room temp)
2 tbsp MCT Oil
1tbsp Organika Pink Mylk Latté 
¼ cup Lakanto Powdered sweetener 

  1. In a Stand Mixer OR a medium bowl, measure out dry ingredients.
  2. Next, add all the wet ingredients right on top of the dry.
  3. Prepare a small baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  4. Attach your paddle to StandMixer, OR, Using your hands, start mixing until well incorporated, I have done this recipe a few times and I notice that it gets a bit crumbly, adding 1-2 tablespoon of MCT oil usually gets the job done, and adds even more fat-producing ketones!
  5. Using a small cookie dough scoop, scoop out each ball.
  6. Roll in the palm of the hand, a trick to create a perfect ball is to slightly cup your hand.
  7. Place in freezer or fridge to allow them to harden up.
  8. As the Pink Lemonade Beauty Bombs are hardening up, it’s a good time to make the PINK glaze.
  9. Add room temp coconut oil, Lakanto powdered sugar, and Pink Mylk Latté, mix until silky smooth
  10. To decorate the beauty bombs, drop the entire bomb into the pink glaze, or drizzle the pink glaze like a zig-zags, or to keep it simple, roll the beauty bomb in coconut flakes.
