Carrot Cake Beauty Bombs

I am going to keep this post sweet and small like my NEW addition to make Bakerlita Beauty Baking Mix ;) I like to call these cute little Beauty-Bombs "Fall-in-a-Ball"!

If you want to learn about all the BEAUTIFUL things that my New Beauty-Baking Mix does, please click here to learn how to bake to beautify!

I don't know why but FALL always reminds me of carrots, I know most people thing easter but I agree to disagree haha. There is just something so warming and festive about cinnamon and carrots!

These are the most perfect trick-or-TREATsnack because the trick is all you need is 10min, and the TREATis all that beautifying goodness that is ready to bless you starting from your taste buds all the way to your inside out!!

There are literally only 9 more days until I launch my Bakerlita Beauty-Baking Mix; who is ready to bite into some BEAUTY bombs this festive season coming ahead of us!

Plus, this will make a GREAT Christmas gift for any girl that LOVES anything yummy and that is super good for them too ;)

Before I start on how to make my Fall-in-a-Ball Carrot Cake Beauty Bombs I have ONE last addition drizzled on top; It is my NEW Beautify Sweet Creamer!!! What, yes... but there will be more on this next week ;)

1.) In a medium bowl, pour the entire Bakerlita Beauty Baking Mix into a bowl.

2.) Next, add right on top of the Beauty-Baking mix, almond butter, melted coconut oil, CALM, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.

3.) Peel and grate two medium carrots; add to the mix.

4.) Prepare a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper or waxed paper.

6.) Using your hands (or a stand mixer with paddle attachment)start mixing until well incorporated.

7.) If you notice that it gets a bit crumbly, adding 1 tablespoon of MCT oil usually gets the job done.

8.) Using a small cookie dough scoop, scoop out each ball.

9.) Roll in the palm of the hand, a trick to create a perfect ball is to slightly cup your hand.

10.) Place in freezer or fridge to allow them to harden up.

1.) As the Fall Beauty Bombs are hardening up, it’s a good time to make the simple sweet beautifying glaze.

2.) Measure out Beautifying Sweet Creamer, add lemon juice, whisk together using a fork until smooth.

3.) Using a spoon drizzle zig-zags, or to keep it simple, roll in coconut flakes.

& Bon Appetite ;)
